In March 2016, the symphonic metal cavaliers Almanac, led by ex- Rage guitarist Victor Smolski, unleashed their acclaimed debut album, Tsar, but now they are on their first headline tour ever! This trek started on February 4th in Roselare, Belgium and there are still some shows in Germany and The Netherlands left. Just right after this tour, the band will start the recordings of their second album, which is scheduled to be released in summer 2017. In addition, Almanac is confirmed to play at the Masters of Rock festival. This show will be recorded and published as a bonus DVD on the limited first edition of the upcoming album.

Victor comments: "We are very happy and delighted to announce that we will be playing at this year's edition of 'Masters of Rock 'festival in Czech Republic! This show will be a very special one which will include a premiere of new song material from the second Almanac album and which will be recorded for a live DVD.
