I Am Morbid - Announce European Shows


By now, you have probably heard of I Am Morbid. Fronted by David Vincent, the former voice of Morbid Angel, I Am Morbid also includes drummer Tim Yeung (Morbid Angel, Divine Heresy), guitarist, Bill Hudson (TSO/Circle II Circle, U.D.O.) and guitarist Ira Black (Metal Church/Lizzy Borden, Westfield Massacre). I Am Morbid has announced the first upcoming tour in Europe.

Playing classics from Altars Of Madness, Blessed Are The Sick, Covenant and Domination, I Am Morbid will perform five shows in Russia followed by 14 shows in Europe with direct support from Necrophagia.

It's sad that they chickened out and don't play songs from Illud. More money to be made on "old fans", I guess. Would be more interesting if Morbid Angel stuck to their guns after Illud and continued in that direction.
