Europe - To Tour Australia For The First Time
Swedish rockers Europe have announced that the band will play in Australia for the first time ever in support of their new album and recently released, Walk The Earth. The Aussies will finally get the chance to watch Europe live Down Under.
The band posted via Facebook: "Friends! The waiting is over - we're going down under... Believe it or not it's going to happen! We are touring Australia for the first time! Something we always wanted to do but could just never make the schedules work before. We are really excited to announce these dates and to finally hook up with our friends in Australia!"
The dates are:
May 16th - Perth Concert Hall, Perth
May 18th - Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide
May 19th - Palais Theatre, Melbourne
May 22nd - Enmore Theatre, Sydney
May 23rd - The Tivoli, Brisbane
Tickets go on sale this coming Monday, November 6th, 9am local time, available from Ticketmaster.com.au except Sydney Ticketek.com.au.

I was wondering how this old news got resurrected, but then again, it's a spammer (a lot of them these days  ), but what surprised me in this thread is the mocking Europe still gets. I thought with their work since their reunion up until now, they redeemed themselves (if I may say so). I guess the people that mock them know only the two hits from 1986. There's a lot more to this band than those two songs.
