Metal Storm has already informed that English heavy metal eagles Saxon are about to release a new album, entitled Thunderbolt. Now the band has released some audio and visuals from it. The band's latest video for "Thunderbolt", featuring footage from their pyro-filled performance at Wacken and a host of other live shows, can be seen below. It gives you a chance to listen to the first new track from the record.

Saxon's first song from their forthcoming album of the same name draws on Greek mythology to tell a tale of the king of the gods, Zeus, wreaking justice from on high. The record will drop on the 2nd of February via the Militia Guard imprint (Silver Lining Music).
