Brazilian death metallers Rebaelliun announced that one of their guitarists, Fabiano Penna, has died. A campaign was launched to help the family with the costs and the goal has already been surpassed. Fabiano was only 42 and was at the hospital after contracting a bacteria.

The band said: "Dear friends, I do not know how to begin this post, but it is with great regret that we report that our brother did not resist and he died this afternoon, in São Paulo / SP. We can not describe our gratitude for the stream of positive thoughts, good vibes, and hope for Fabiano."

Later, they explained: "Everyone knows that what happened with our brother shook us in an indescribable way. Also indescribable was all the strength that you all have sent us in these last days. The positive energy we received was out of the ordinary. We receive and continue to receive countless messages of comfort, strength and hope, and we only have to thank from the bottom of our hearts all the commotion around Fabiano and what he represented for us all."
