Fireproven - Release New Lyric Video

The up-and-coming Finnish prog metal quartet Fireproven have released a lyric video for the song "The Tower". It is taken off their impending debut full-length Future Diary, scheduled for release on March 23rd.

Keyboardist Ilari Hannula comments: "The Tower is a symphonic metal song with prog influence, and it's also influenced by movie music and Japanese traditional music. There are also echoes from video game music. The lyrics are about the processes of human growth."

This is special. If they wanted to create expectation with the single, they did it.

Could be a band to watch.

I've been following them since the brilliant Omnipresence EP, they put themselves on the local journalists' radar with that pretty effectively. It's more progressive than this.

I don't think I've heard of them before or cared a least. But a full-length is always an important step. I'll try to listen to their other stuff. Tks
