Kuolemanlaakso - Guitarist To Sit Out Show

Finnish death/doom metal group Kuolemanlaakso has announced that Kouta, real name Albert von Fleischer, will sit out their next gig, tonight, due to back injury. He will return at Ravintola Ottopoika, Kuopio, on Saturday. Kuolemanlaakso is set to end its long overdue live hiatus, and return on stage tonight.

Kuolemanlaakso explained: "We've got good news and bad news. Our axeman Kouta hurt his back earlier this week, and he will not be performing at Bar 15, Seinäjoki, tomorrow. However, he will hit the stage at Ravintola Ottopoika, Kuopio, on Saturday.

"We're thrilled to announce that Topi 'Tervapiru' Pitkänen of Verjnuarmu fame (the dude in the pic) will be filling in for Kouta at Bar 15. As you're about to find out, we wouldn't hire just anyone to hop in Kouta's gargantuan boots... This will be a historical night, as Kuolemanlaakso has not played a show with a guest guitarist before. We might have a few cards up our sleeves for the other shows as well, but only good ones."
