Borknagar - Finish Recording New Full Length
Norwegians Borknagar, who have recently parted ways with vocalist Vintersorg, announced that they have finished recording their as yet untitled new studio album. The follow up to 2016' Winter Thrice will be mixed and mastered by Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studios in Sweden.
Statement from the band reads as follows: "NEW ALBUM FINISHED! Yesterday we finished the recording of the upcoming album. Next step is mix and mastering with Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studios. We have all invested so much time, effort and heart into this album. We can't wait to get this one out to all of you! Cheers!"
"This will be the band's first album since splitting with vocalist Vintersorg, leaving ICS Vortex to handle vocal duties and will be their first release since 2016's, Winter Thrice."

From the first press release I understood that Vintersorg will still be featured on the recording??

No idea if Vintersorg is on the album or not, sounded like he would be involved with the side-project "Cronian" still and perhaps do guest-vocals for Borknagar... so we'll see. Still look forward to hearing it!
