Therion - New Album Details Announced
Swedish Metal band Therion have made a posting on their official website regarding a new album. The recording has been going on for the last couple of months and was finished a couple of weeks ago. The mixing process has just been completed as well. The album is set for release on the 12th January next year.
In other Therion news, some of the dates on the band's recently announced 2007 European tour have changed. The Toulouse and the Lyon shows have switched dates. Toulouse is now on the 24th January and the Lyon gig is on the 28th January.

Crazy news for Therion to have another album already, but a quick release...which could hurt the album? I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

well...therion has yet to release a shitty album. and each album they have released, has had a unique, and differetn style that doesnt leave the listener disapointed. so i'm pretty sure this album would kick some ass too.

I really dont care if it sucks...in all probability it wont...none of their albums has sucked...except for A'arab..(cough)...(kinda)...i know...i know...its a soundtrack album...:P....i have all 13 albums and the C.O.B dvd boxset. i love each album...each has their "pro's & "con's"...i believe that therion is 1 of those bands that keeps getting better and better.....unlike Cradle of filth...which has become worse over the years...:P....i have confidence that the new album will be superb...:)

hmmm...don't like the new album at all...i'm not into genre like therion (respect them) but i really don't like the album
