Is it really relevant to even care what other people (like you in the first place) think about it...
It shows of a bigger maturity than you, that people who post news care about the content of the news and want to share the informations with others, than caring about what will other people think about the band.
I don't like the Deftones either, I saw them live this year and they were pretty bad, but that's not a reason for not posting/accepting news about them. It's called the objectivity of media: "encompassing reporting with a neutral point of view (NPOV), reporting without bias, and emphasis on eyewitness accounts and verifiable facts."

Besides why you post such comments when you KNOW you will get slander back?

We can't all like the same cool bands as you, and we certainly can't all be as kvlt as you...

How can i be kvlt, when i don't listen to much bm? i though it only applied to bm'ers?

You certainly didn't post any slander towards me, nor have any others as of yet... not that I would actually care if I did receive any...

I think it is important for a Deftones fan to know about this. I mean the whole album can be heard, without paying a buck. Wouldn't you like to read similar news about your fav band(s)?

It's not only important and interesting for the fans, but also for other people who are open-minded enough to give them a try without giving a damn what kvlt kiddies - I won't mention any names - think about it or what they think about you for listening to untr00 music.

Deftones are fucking awesome. I didn't like what I've heard from the new album so far, but I"ll still get it.

I still hadn't heard it, since I moved back home for a week now and I don't have my cable net here. But anyway, really, there are people - including ME - who give a crap about Deftones. And since they are featured on this site and I am obvisously not the only one here who likes Deftones, I think it's only fair that news about them is published. And anyway, news about Deftones are published only when they release smth, you'll never see on this site written ''Deftones called off 3 shows due to sickness'' and such.

But nonetheless, I don'y blame anyone for not listening to them, for the first time I heard Adrenaline way years back, I hated it to. But somehow I gave them another chance and now I really enjoy their music and I believe they're one hell of a band, But it's true it's not really easy to like them on a first listen. But all this immature bashing really is disturbing.
