These guys are pretty damn good, I'm curious to hear the new material. New drummer is looking real strong (haven't heard any previous records he was featured on but they seem to be well recieved). Saw a little snippet from what he was recording and what I saw/heard got me pretty excited.

Do a Varathron cover song, then hire their drummer. Collaboration next?

Achilleas C. is also in both bands but the two have very different sound. Aenaon is one of the top and most forward-thinking Greek bands along with Hail Spirit Noir in my opinion.

This band caught me by surprise when I was introduced to them through "Der Müde Tod", I had to hear their entire works.
They give me Shining vibes from time to time but keeping themselves pretty distinct.
Definitely a cut in a different direction to what the Greek scene offered comparing them to the onslaught of black thrash that was coming out of there in recent times.
