Sonata Arctica - New Album Update
In a short post on the official website of Finnish Power-Steamrollers Sonata Arctica, it is announced that they have named their forthcoming new album "Unia". It will be the band's fifth studio album. The album will be released on May 25 via Nuclear Blast Records.
As announced, Sonata Arctica recently confirmed some Finnish and USA tour dates. More dates are expected to be announced soon.

There is yet another meaning there... "Unia" actually means dreams when the word is an object. That is something people say in Finnish, meaning "(have) sweet dreams". So as a word it means "dreams", but as a phrase it means "sleep well" or "good night".

The new album has been mastered and is thus complete and done. An extensive studio update by keyboardist Henkka Klingenberg can be found here. As announced, "Unia" will be released on May 25th via Nuclear Blast Records. Keep checking the MS News for updates  As album details will be announced soon and thus posted asap in our News Section!
