Formed way back in 1986 and hailing from portugal, thormenthor is one of the most technical death metal bands ever to exist and especially something for people who're into cynic and other prog death giants. The fact that no one has ever heard of this band is outstandig, because the music these dudes wrote back in the day even leaves atheist speechless. Thormenthor released several demotapes, one ep and one full-lenght album titeld "Abstract Divinity", released in 1994. Over-the-edge technicality, speedbursts and mindshredding solos, check this stuff out!
