	The Gallery of Rock is a conglomerate of 450 shops, with 190 devoted to the world of rock. They sell CDs, records, videos, shirts, accessories, flags, posters and items for decoration. There are also studios for piercing and tattooing, and venues for fan clubs, as the Magical Mystery Tour (Beatles), grave, and Raul Seixas. Others are clothing stores, screen printing establishments, salons, hairdressers, opticians, tailors and so on. The building where today is the gallery was founded in 1963 under the name of Great Galleries Shopping Center, a commercial center with shops of diverse screen, of beauty salons, local place that repairs of TVs and others. In the late 70s the building started to be an "invasion" of the disc stores geared mainly towards rock music, led by Allied Cheap store, the first one that had developed in there.
