The logo back then was a pink doll with black hair putting her fingers into her ears (a parody of the Pinkpop logo pop is UDtch for doll)

I've crowd surfed multiple times before, but I've never stage dived for fear of THAT ^ happening. I think the worst thing I've ever seen was when I went to see Mindless Self Indulgence a few months ago. There was this rather enormous chick who got up on stage at a point, actually paced backwards to gain more speed/force (or SOMETHING? which was a horrible fucking idea ...) before jumping into the crowd. I think everyone pretty much realized that we didn't have a chance to support her, no matter how many we were, so we all just simultaneously moved outta the way and she faceplanted on the floor. Glad I'm not her ...
