Well my first job was working in a cemetery (actually, I am still working there, for the second year in a row). A very calm and relaxing place, it really is easy to work there.

That is soooo very Black Metal......

Yeah my first job was working in the kitchen of a childrens camp.....not nearly as metal as the graveyard job.

Of course it's black metal, what else would one expect

My other job is very un-metal though. I too work with kids heh

i was 15 years old and a secretary fo a window instilation company. pretty much eight hours a day of computer solitaire, setting up appointments and getting cussed out.

My first real job, not with dad, is my practice in teh direction of comunications of the Metro Of Medellín.
I basically do journalist stuff: reporting for teh monthly newspaper and for the inner bulletin; radio bulletin on fridays; and soem other boring stuff.
But I'm pretty happy, I'm working on what I studied.

i was in a bakery! I used to steal things from that sons of a bitch, and the bread too!

I got my first job when I was 12 years old. It was in a factory where I had to clean after all the workers left. - Usually we were 2 at work at the same time. It was hard job physically, and I had the job for about 2 years. Then I went to a jobinterview in a caférestaurant, and got the job that I currently have. Very nice job indeed, free food, drinks, etc. I'm getting paid pretty well also, as I'm the "youthworker" my boss usually call if there's a shift available. Weeh ;-p

i started out on my first job this friday. i'm working at a small local cafe near my home as a waiter, and the pay is just about what i need. i'm needing money right now 'cause the economical situation is very bad at the moment so i just have to help out around in anyway i can. i'll be working on friday nights and on sunday afternoons, which doesn't really bother me at all, these past months i haven't been going out lately, and if instead i can eran some money, that's fine with me!

My first job was total shit. I worked at a grocery store for $5.25 per hour, which was minimum wage at the time. As I remember it, I got moved up to $6 when minimum wage was increased to that.
I spent 3.5 years sacking groceries, mopping floors, and pushing carts in from the parking lot. They refused to give me a raise cause I was only a sacker, and they refused to move me to another job/department because I was the only sacker who actually did my job. lol

I first worked in a bikers pub when I was 19, and have been working bar jobs ever since because you have alot of personal freedom, and I get free food and usually free drinks. The downside is dealing with drunk pricks.

One night last year I was taking a smoke break and this drunk fucker says something to me, I don't recall what but I pretty much responded by telling him off. Next thing I know he says something about drinking my blood and grabs my shoulder rather hard and ends up cutting his palm on my shoulder spikes - ha, he was a bit surprised and his buddy had to drag him off.
It was no big deal though, his friend apologized a bunch for him.

Frankly, I love children. And me being a trained martial artists, I think it could be pretty nice to teach children about Tae Kwon Doe, or any other martial art I know.

@arian t: well, it's not that i hate children... it's just that i don't like them too much, hehe. they're too messy and i'm not very pacient, but that's spmething i gotta work on so this is the opportunity. and like i said, since the pay is good, i'll do my best

My first job was/is working at a skating rink. The lady that owns it knows my dad as her son and my dad used to eat lunch at her house during school. I got the job as a floor guard.

It sounds like a pussy job, but its probably the easiest job. I boss kids around feeling like the bigger being inside : and I get food half off(when I dont steal it). Pay sucks though, below minimum wage. Ive worked there for 4 years now.
