I can almost guarantee they each took the same amount of time and effort to master. Unless the ketchup vid is a lie and the person poked holes in the eyes and mouth. Then it's not a matter of talent at all.

Not sure I'd call that racing but it's still impressive (and dangerous, but that's usually the point). To balance yourself at those speeds must take some solid core strength.
