The reason is this....
The order in which bands perform on a tour all depends on how popular the individual bands are at the time of the tour as well as how many fans they have. Hatebreed is the most popular band on the tour with the most fans so they headline. Cannibal Corpse is the second most popular so they are second and so on. As for Hate Eternal they are not nearly as popular as the first two bands named so its just logical why they aren't headlining.

As for why they aren't playing an all ages venue .....
1.The Croation isn't hosting shows anymore (thankfully because they fucked up audio on almost every show they had)
2. The Commodore is the only suitable concert venue for a show of this size and nature. It also has way better acoustics.

Kreator played at The Vogue on granville island. it may not be suitable for metal shows physically, but that place has great sound. and as for the sound sucking at the croation, ive only seen a handful of shows there but most had good sound.

Yes Kreator played at The Vogue , but its on granville street downtown not granville island. For me that was hilarious that the Vogue would book death metal. Sure it has great acoustics its a theater after all but like I said a show of this nature (death metal) is more suitable in a room with a lot of floor and a few seats. You being under-aged must not have been to the Commodore before and thus not knowing of how awesome it is for shows (sound/atmosphere) and how much bands love playing there. When you reach 19 whenever that is you will be hoping all shows were at the Commodore . As for the Croation you must not of went to the Ministry/Meshuggah show where they had an hour and a half of audio problems resulting in Meshuggah only playing 3 songs and having to get off stage for Ministry. Besides the audio equipment there being super old by other venue standards, it is also basically a high school gym ( which might be why you like it). This is the reason it gets way too hot and smelling like a B O sauna. My recommendation is try getting a fake id so you can go to any show.:dcool:
