Quite an unexpected list but enough material to bitch and whine about I should think:

Look out of your window because the sky may be falling. We made Decibel Magazine's "Top 100 Metal Albums of the Decade". 'Quietus' was listed at number 46. As all good lists do, we're sure the list will spark a heavy debate. But, so be it...we can proudly say we made the list.

If they do better than The Manical Vale... they will be the band to get closest to the goal of destroying metal for me... I will not find anything better and will live in a cave the rest of my days hearing that stuff over over over and over over over and over over over and over over over*... again

Whoever compiled this list sure jizzes all over Converge....fuck its listed 3 times within the top 40. Also not happy with Killswitch engage being so high...I mean seriously this isnt the "kerrang's top 10 run-around-in-a-circle-fucktard-core" list is it?

The thing I noticed, for me personally, having listened to all of Mastodon's and Isis's albums, my favorite album from each of those bands (Crack the Skye and Wavering Radiant ; both up for album of the year IMO) isn't mentioned yet they practically have both bands full discographies listed!
