A classic of black metal art: strong but yet eerie, fast but not overpaced. Remaind me the good old times.

A Nice Guy
For me this doesn't just sound like any typical black metal album, it seems more mature and cleverly constructed than most, and has a nice middle eastern sound to it. I thoroughly enjoyed the riffs, they are very catchy and have lots of melody to them, whilst keeping the raw black sound like early black metal.

It's a shame this album gets overlooked, as it's just as good as some of Rotting Christ's best work. The only downside to the album is the riffs do kind of get repetitive, like on Where the walls sleep, which does get a tad boring, and some of the songs perhaps could of been a bit shorter, but that's not too much of a problem for me.
