Online streaming is a common marketing strategy for Record Shop X. Earlier they've streamed albums from bands such as Before the Dawn, Swallow the Sun and Poisonblack, who chart regularly in top 10 on Finland's domestic albums chart.

Being a metal band and appearing on the Top 10 domestic charts in Finland is not very uncommon. Metal/Hardrock is pretty much the only genre they know how to produce in Finland. lol I'm sure they'd like to sell a few albums abroad as well.

Well for us fans in the U.S., the album won't be released until March, so the stream allows us to get a legit taste before the album comes out here. It's going to be uploaded to Youtube and file sharing sites by European fans with copies anyway. They might as well have a promoted streaming site to count the number of hits the songs get to estimate sales, popularity and other financial possibilities such as tour turnouts, etc.
I for one will be buying this in March when it is released in the U.S.
