Metallica - Enter Sandman is fun even on an acoustic In Flames - Acoustic Medley, Come Clarity are quite easy and i see IF is your favorite band too Bathory - One Rode to Asa Bay is some might say an odd choice but it's pretty epic to play and easy as hell.
