They share the same past members, Almost the same sound. Both Fast, both groovy. But still easy to differentiate.

Ohh man this is hard, ok, i like them both, but if i really had to choose i will go with Misery Index.

Easy for me, I'd definitely go with Fetus. That band is legendary, whereas Misery Index is just decent IMO.

Both bands are great, but I actually enjoy Dying Fetus' music better. Plus Dying Fetus' brutal vocals are more compatible with the music than Misery Index's vocals.

Tough call. I think Dying Fetus are better because of their consistency throughout the years. Misery Index are still a ridiculously fun band though.

Dying Fetus times a thousand. What can I say, they're my favorite band.

Haven't Listened tom Misery Index that much, Incidentally I saw them Open for Dying Fetus In 09 (I think it was 09) I actually went for Misery Index, Walked away Liking DF much more, In any case that was my First Extreme metal Concert, But yeah even when I left the gig I was Thinking "They're awesome, and very Obviously Heavily Influenced By Suffocation".
