In my opinion the Polish scene is very weak. Graveland and Lux Occulta are probably the only bands worth mentioning.

I totally disagree. In my opinion Polish black metal is in 4th place in the World (1. France, 2. Norway, 3. Sweden).
P.S. Have You heard other positions from the list?

I've heard Kriegsmaschine, Iperyt, Christ Agony, Hellveto, and Behemoth.

I think I've listened to Infernal War but can't be sure. In any case, Polish black metal really isn't my thing. Canada, the States, France, Sweden, Finland, Germany, and Norway are all much stronger than Poland to me.

OK, could You recommend me some interesting bands from Canada?

For pure black metal (none of the atmospheric/depressive stuff):

Allfather, Akitsa, Axis of Advance, Iskra (kind of like modern Darkthrone), Megiddo

But the depressive BM scene here is huge, from Gris to Wurm, Sui Caedere, Sombres Forets, Nostalgie, and the atmospheric side is huge with Csejthe and Skagos, Ov Hollowness (still have to check their latest), Tomhet, Woods of Ypres if you like a sort of doom/black metal and Menace Ruine if you like the drone doom/black metal aspect.

Aristarchos

Poland has the best black metal scene in my opinion. I especially love bands like Furia and early Behemoth.

Also I like Iperyt. That's the only industrial black metal I have heard that I like.

Nice, add yet to this some albums of Morowe and Blaze of Perdition and this will be a pretty good Polish BM-team, +1 ( for Arkona's Imperium )

Not anymore. Mgla, Batushka, Plaga, Cultes des ghoules are some of the biggest names in black metal today.
