There have been so many arguments and things about who is better between Megadeth and Metallica, but what about the other two bands in the big four? Sure they dont have a long time feud or anything like that, but who do you think is better and why?

I think Slayer have been more consistent over the course of their career, than Anthrax have, in terms of quality output. Also, despite the fact that I really like "Worship Music", the conduct of Scott and Charlie has soured me a bit to the band.

I vote neither because I like only one Slayer album ''Seasons'' = old early and same Anthrax , those 2 big 4 bands never realy worked in my case ....

This is perhaps the most useless poll on Metalstorm... i think it's clearly a foregone conclusion, Slayer will win with about 95% of the vote.
And in the irony of ironies, the OP spelled "Neither" incorrectly in the options and K7 spelled it correctly in his response.

How about this for a thought. If the best Anthrax track is better than the best Slayer track then perhaps you should vote for Anthrax. On that level of thought Anthrax would be better.
To say one is better than the other without a focal point is difficult because what factors are you weighting your decision on.
I didn't vote, so my dribble won't affect anyone.

Im actually not sure what my favourite Anthrax or Slayer track is, but even if I was, it'd be pretty dumb to base such a decision (what's the best band between the two) on a single track. Particularly when both bands have had such long careers, and have a large back catalogue of material. So it makes much more sense, to base that decision on each band's level of consistency throughout their entire careers. And by that measure, I can really only go for Slayer. Not only do I think Slayer have been far more consistent in their post 90's output, all of their 80's material was awesome. Whereas Anthrax's debut album was ropey and patchy, something I couldn't say about "Show No Mercy"...

It's not even a question to ask, Imo. I consider Slayer's old material as timeless and classic, while I never gave a fuck at Anthrax.

Anthrax all the way.
Seasons is really the only record I like by Slayer, and just barely at that. Otherwise they are so overrated they make Metallica look underground.

Both equally good bands for me I think three outstanding albums from both of them. Maybe Anthrax a little better live band these days but nothing beat Slayer gigs back in 80s
