That's not the reason this doesn't sell. The reason is it another cheaply done cashgrab affair of a washed up band. And finally people are catching on.

Btw 64 copies in its first week? Even an unknown band on a unknown label sells more
hopefully this will hit home to Scott and Charlies and show them what Anthrax really is nowadays.

I wasn't trying to imply that this does not sell because it's released by Universal music.
All compilations of this series are redundant, irrelevant, most compilations are rather short, featuring famous songs/hits of the bands, anyone whose got a few albums of a band will not buy this kind of compilation.

I have nothing against compilations, even I bought a few, but never of this Icon series. I don't think I ever will and they are pretty cheap.

If you have Spreading the Disease and Among the Living, you really don't need any other Anthrax release, compilation or otherwise.

Imo you'd need Fistful Of Metal as well, but that's it. Only their first three are worth anything. Although I personally enjoy The Sound Of White Noise a lot due to John Bush's vocals.

I agree with this 100%. I can't stand Belladonna, so John Bush was a good replacement IMO. If he'd sang on the early stuff, I'd probably be a diehard fan.

If he'd sang on their early stuff, we wouldn't even be talking about them right now.

In that case, get "greater of two evils" - unfancy recordings of old shit with Bush on vocals.
