Adding "progressive" to stoner rock/metal category is absolutely unnecessary. Not your fault but I've seen loads describing this weird combination.

Either it's,

Psychedelic stoner rock/metal
Progressive rock/metal(which is entirely different).

The only psychedelic rock band I have listen to it is Rotor from Indonesia. A very close to that is Zebulon Pike but then it falls into progressive metal genre.

^ Is that so? I think progressive (if the band is actually progressive indeed) is an important specifier, which has nothing to do with stoner/doom, which means stoner/doom bands can either be progressive or not.
It definitely doesn't happen that often as people who use the tag seem to think though...

The album has progressive elements and psychedelic elements. Hence progressive/pyschedelic. And they are not mutually exclusive genres like you say I think.
