Into Eternity - Former Guitarist Rob Doherty Passes Away
Former guitarist of Canadian progressive metal band Into Eternity, Rob Doherty, has passed away. Doherty was a member of Into Eternity from 2003 until 2005, and was most recently a member of Final Darkness. No further details about his death were disclosed so far.
The following message was posted on his band's Facebook page: "It is with incredible sadness that we must say good bye to our brother Rob - you will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved you... thank you for being a part of our lives. May you find peace my friend..."

What a shame. So many good musicians have passed away in the last 10 years, and many of them not even old enough to be on their death bed. R.I.P. brother.

Wow... thats a shame. : / RIP brother. Metal till the end! He did some guest vocals for the most recent Into Eternity songs too, Fukusimi and Sandstorm. Awesome musician.
