Account deleted Written by Alex F on 13.02.2013 at 14:36 Yeah I tried this a couple of hours ago and it didn't do much for me. I was hoping for a bit more with its nice artwork and avant-garde tags. Might appeal to others though.

This one's the solo project of Forefather's Athelstan. Been fairly attached to it over the past few days but I think it would benefit from more vocals as it's mostly just instrumental. Dependable pagan/folk guitarwork though: Bandcamp

13.02.2013 - 18:36 Written by Guest on 13.02.2013 at 14:52 I had no clue what to expect but I'd say I was pleasantly surprised. I gave it a 7.8 on My 2013 List, I think that's a fair score (if not a tad generous)

13.02.2013 - 20:31 Written by Guest on 13.02.2013 at 20:11 O RLY? I never thought you bought anything at all. Also, nothing wrong with second hand if the stuff looks good. A not-so-small portion of my collection is second hand. I take a guess you are too lazy to add them to the database though. How many are we talking about? 3 digits?

Account deleted Written by X-Ray Rod on 13.02.2013 at 20:31 Yeah I mostly just go through old albums I know and love and pick them up if I find them cheap. Naturally I know it's not helping out the artist in question when buying second hand though, and to be honest most of the stuff I get just sits in a pile. It's definitely over 3 digits, but a lot of it is at my house in Canterbury so I'm not exactly sure how many. I'll get around to adding it all to the database one day.

Not sure if this was posted yet, but here it is again if it was. Pretty pleasant sounding atmospheric post/sludge rock/metal of some description.

Bam. Some proper quality, ballsy sounding death metal. Much better than the disappointing Vorum debut.

15.02.2013 - 10:35 Written by Spirit Molecule on 15.02.2013 at 08:14 Eh, never listened to them. According to their profile they are symphonic sludge, which explains why I've never listened to them; sludge is not my cup o' tea. But that's good info for anybody else who is familiar with or a fan of The Ocean so thanks for identifying that.

Brand new album by brand new band. If this doesn't make the next CC or Staff Pick, Fogg be mad. Seriously it's heavy, ambiant and trippy as hell. Eight Bells - The Captain's Daughter Would that fit into the whole "Extreme Doom" tag? I guess so... Whorls - Lvmen -Natvrae Bandcamp Xtreme Music is re-releasing a classic from 93. Old School Death Metal crushing everything in its path. Dissect - Swallow Swouming Mass
