I listened to this album perhaps 8 years ago. I think it is damn fine record and I really like it even today but the main riff of one of the tracks (3rd one I think) is very similar to one of the riffs in edge of sanity: crimson. Any one else noticed that?

Yeah, I always think about this when I hear that riff.
They sound somewhat similar they both share the same kind of ominous feeling for sure.

Glad someone else also noticed that :} . Still not sure if I could accuse Farshid of stealing the music of other bands but those riffs are very similar.

I don't think that is the case.
Many composers compose music based on what they've heard before, and most of the time it happens unconsciously.
And they're not exactly the same (talking from experience of playing both), but they're similar.
And after all, does Farshid Arabi even listen to death metal? That is the question

probably true. He not being into death metal and the fact that he is too gentleman to steal things are reasons for me to think it has been done unconsciously.

Good, bad! Good, bad! And finally, good! Farshid Arabi sings in Persian, how could an American understand the meanings? That's why he didn't reach highter than an average band!

Mola Ali! heh where is the phobia? aha shame on me
except nightmare track names & nightmare lyrics & nightmare vocals, their music is very childish like a 14 or 15 virgin boys training in the grandmothers basement after kissing quran!
just 2 or 3 track of Sokoote Ravi not bad.
