A few weeks ago i heard some classical music on an fm radio tuned to somewhere in remote proximity to the station"s frequency, which gave it sounds at times resembling the classic noise works Corale and Serenata by Russolo, other times even similar to a death metal guitar tone

so now i"d like to ask if anyone knows a programme which can distort sound as if it were sent out over radio with a selection of sender and receiver frequency?

I believe that FL studio comes with that sound "bending" tools .Also try some experimentation with newer Guitar Rig emulators.Maybe try electro/experimental musicians forums-those guys really know stuff.
