Well, Cianide, as a Death/Doom band rapes everyone in the existence of Metal, with maybe only a few exceptions. Very fucking heavy. However, I probably prefer Stoner and Traditional Doom above any of the other types. I just love the good old blues influenced Doom, so basically every Weinrich band. Got to love that Cirith Ungol and Candlemass too.

I'm between Funeral doom and Death/doom.....
early My Dying Bride and Paradise Lost are two of my favorites bands

But right now I got a big attencion to some funeral bands... So I think that I can't vote right now xD

Mostly because I can listen to almost all the subgenres of doom..
Except Folk Doom... because I don't know any band with that kind of doom.

Six Degrees Of Seperation is folk doom? Im doubt about it. IMO their music is very doom-feel, a little bit depressed with beauty. Though I doubt because this band is very hard to describe. From Metalstorm review, they are refered to dark thrash, I dont know, but sadly doom-metal.com doesnt have this band's profile.

Well there are no pure folk doom like SSOGL but SDOD can be lil folk doom elements

Post Metal can be added to the list. I know this genre owes a lot to hardcore punk. But it's also sludgy and doomy, but are not exactly Sludge Doom, a little more atmospheric, landscapey and profound. So, if allowed, I'd say Post Metal. If not, then Sludge Doom would be my choice. Followed by the traditional doom in the vein of Solitude Aeturnus.

I like most of the Doom Metal subgenre's, especially Death Doom, Funeral Doom and Drone Doom, but recently I'm getting into the Sludge Doom and Stoner Doom scene. Post Metal is also good though. The music is kinda relaxing, because of the atmosphere.

They are not that bad [I like them]
You can at least hear the first black/doom albums that they maded...Good stuff.

Until now funeral doom and death doom. I vote leaning toward funeral doom.

i voted for Death/Doom but i think some genre's. but we have more thatn these:

Atmospheric Doom
Black/Doom
Gothic/Doom

Folk Doom Metal! that's a great fusion, I enjoyed some of musics I've listened in this genre, although I'm not a fan of Doom Metal!

Traditional/Epic doom

All of the Doom Metal subgenre's are great. Doom Metal is one of my favorite genre's in Metal. I've been listening to a lot of traditional doom lately. I'm also a pretty big fan of death/doom and funeral-doom. Sludge-doom might be my favorite.

Hmm... right now i'm intresthing in Corrupted... that's why i voted for sludge
and i also like Crowbar, Neurosis, High on fire, Acid bath

Funeral Doom to me. It's just psycho, I love the extreme down-tempo mixed with despair and pain. Just great

Agreed, there are only very very very few folk doom and drone doom bands I enjoy.

This was difficult for me, but I ultimately went with sludge. I love bands like Coffins, Church Of Misery, Corrupted, etc. I stuggled, though, because I am not as big a fan of the Louisiana scene - bands like Crowbar and Eyehategod.

Overall, I go for the stuff that is hyperdistorted with really gritty production. Bands like Electric Wizard fit into this category as well, but I imagine that they are more stoner doom than sludge.

Talking about stoner doom I would personally rate Church of Misery as stoner as well.
And I would categorize Coffins as doom death in the vein of bands such as Winter.

Btw, both Church of Misery and Coffins are absolutely great. Church of Misery's current vocalist also used to play in Coffins (or maybe still does but i am not too sure on that though.)

Of course I am talking about Swedish Faith, I don't know any other doom band called faith and they played at Dutch Doom Days last year
