Korn - Jonathan Davis Sued Over Serial Killer Museum Payment

Korn's frontman Jonathan Davis is being sued for $250,000 over a failed serial killer museum. According to TMZ, Davis made a good deal when he wriggled out of a costly lawsuit over a failed serial killer museum, but he forgot to pay the people who got him that deal and now they're suing. He tried to launch the project with a partner, but the idea came to nothing. The American Curiosities Museum was to focus on exhibits associated with some of the most infamous murderers in U.S. history.

Davis was supposed to open the American Curiosities Museum with another investor, but the deal fell apart and Davis got sued twice. His lawyers say they stepped in, in 2006, and helped reach a settlement and gave him a payment plan to settle his legal tab. The attorneys say he owed $158,407 and they agreed to let him pay it down $1,000 a month. However, Davis stopped paying after just two months. Now they're suing for the balance plus interest which brings his legal debt to a total of $256,021.

Jonathan Davis studied at the San Francisco School of Mortuary Science and became a professional embalmer. The singer has a fascination with serial killers and in the early 2000s he began collecting serial killer art and memorabilia.

Korn may be celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album but Davis also needs a new lawyer.
