I got interested in this band a few weeks ago. Their composition is inspired by the Brazilian history, so having the album was a must.

Overall, it's a pretty good spin. But there's definitely some improvements to be made, especially regarding lyrics. At some points, they feel shallow and kind of "cheesy". The music could get a complexity increase, too. "Canudos" came out as the best track for me; it tells a story about War of Canudos and the guitars do some nice folkish parts.

I'll certainly take a look at their next release.
