Insomnium - Announce N. American Tour, To Play Entire 'Winter's Gate' Album
Insomnium fans in the U.S. and Canada are in for a special treat! The Finnish melodic death metallers will perform their entire current album Winter's Gate live on their North American tour and also more material. Insomnium toured North America recently in September with Epica but now they are headlining.

I will see them soon in Switzerland but they are also announced back in April next year. No idea if they plan to play full Winter's Gate though. Cannot wait to see them live !

Ehh...... Gotta be honest, while its a good album, Winters Gate is not a great Live Album. Saw them pretty recently with Epica and the Winters Gate songs don't get the crowd going. The Crowd didn't start to come alive until they played more recognizable tracks like Mortal Share and Ephemeral. Winters Gate songs are just too long and lack catchy choruses.

I'm pretty excited to see the 40 minute song. Thought it was a great piece of work! Hopefully they bring Tribulation with them to the states!
