With the demise of Isis at the end of the noughties, Cult Of Luna have arguably been the dominant force in post-metal this decade, having already dropped two monumental efforts. After working my way back through the COL discography I'd say this album has grown on me most of all, I'd even say it's their second best after Somewhere Along The Highway. It has some of the band's finest moments for sure, "Nightwalkers" and "Lights On The Hill" In particular.
