Iron Maiden - Update On Legacy Of The Beast Touring Cycle

Iron Maiden will continue their Legacy Of The Beast Tour into 2020 heading to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and a first ever visit to The Philippines. This will be followed by shows in Israel and Dubai before circling back into Europe for a final run which will be mainly Festival and headline stadium dates, plus some arena shows. So far, the band has played to close to two million fans in 39 countries around the globe since the tour opened in 2018, including headlining to a capacity crowd of 100,000 at the legendary Rock In Rio festival in Brazil.

Bruce Dickinson says, "We've had a fantastic time on the Legacy tour so far, and the reaction everywhere to the stage show and all the crazy props (and Eddie!) I get to play with has been phenomenal. The whole band has been having such fun we're really excited to bring this production to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, The Philippines, Israel and Dubai and to come back to Europe and reach even more of our fans there."

IRON MAIDEN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND TOUR POSTPONED

TEG Dainty regret to announce that IRON MAIDEN's Australia and New Zealand dates in May have been postponed until further notice. This is due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation and recent Government instruction.

TEG Dainty advise ticket holders to hold on to their original tickets and await further information.

If you find you're unable to attend the new dates when they are announced, refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Message from Rod Smallwood/Iron Maiden:

Aussie and Kiwi Troopers,

We are hugely disappointed not to be seeing our fans in Australia and New Zealand in May due to the understandable Government concert bans surrounding Coronavirus. Sadly these are difficult and uncertain times for us all.

We still intend to bring this great Legacy Of The Beast show to you all as soon we can and I promise we will do everything we can to achieve this with our promoters and subject to what is happening around us globally.

And to our brilliant fans everywhere?

We also appreciate that fans with tickets to shows in some of the other countries on our extensive 2020 tour will be anxious for news and updates. You can be sure we will keep you immediately updated here with any other changes, by country, that could become necessary as soon as we hear of them from the official Govt channels. Thank you for your patience and for bearing with us. We hope to see you all!

Take care of yourselves, be safe and be smart.

- Rod Smallwood/Iron Maiden

We are very sorry to announce that further to the latest directive from the German government the ban on any large gatherings of any kind is being extended until August which sadly means these Iron Maiden headline shows will no longer be taking place in June & July as planned,

June 9 - Bremen Buergerweide
June 10 - Cologne Rhein-Energie-Stadium
June 23 - Berlin Waldbuehne
July 18 - Stuttgart Mercedes Benz Arena

The full statement from Wizard Promotions, our German Promoter is below:

Frankfurt, 20. April 2020 - With great regrets we must announce that the German government has advised that there will be no major events in Germany until August 31 in response to coronavirus pandemic so the [band]Iron Maiden[/url] Legacy of the Beast concerts in Bremen, Cologne, Berlin and Stuttgart will not happen this Summer as planned. However we are currently working on the re- scheduling of the German tour in the early Summer of 2021.

The band, ourselves and everyone involved support this decision by the German government as we all agree that health and safety are the most important issues.

We are working intensely on these dates with the band's Agent and Management and they will be announced as soon as we can. Purchased tickets for the 2020 dates remain valid.
