I am looking for death metal bands (especially melodeath) which are interspersed with clean vocals such as Ne Obliviscaris, Persefone, Dark Tranquility, Enshine and Rivers of Nihil. I know this is a pretty niche thing but I just absolutely love these bands and want to hear more like them!

Anyway, if you search for progressive death metal (not to be confused with technical death metal) you'll usually find bands with some similarities to the sort of melodeath bands mentioned with interspersed clean vocals. Some such bands include Black Crown Initiate, Becoming the Archetype, and Augury. There is also plenty of other melodeath bands that are influenced by alternative metal that use clean vocals, like In Flames, Soilwork, and Scar Symmetry, but I think the progressive death metal bands are closer to what you're looking for.
