Indeed. Eluveitie alone would be worth those 16 quid.

Then do something about it! Now!! Seriously!!!

Official clip of "Of Fire, Wind & Wisdom"
Loads of still images, mostly live, with the music from their latest album "Spirit"

Awesome live band as well, of this lineup I'd consider them second only to Korpiklaani, if not even equal. Their gigs are very fun, very energetic and awesome to look at with each of the eight musicians playing a totally different instrument. Their sound is also very refreshing seeing how any other pagan or viking metal band blends folk with black metal while they mix folk with gothenburg metal. And they're playing tomorrow at a festival two hours away from me and I won't be there due to an exam next week *sobs*

well I listened to the stuff you linked me to, and although I was a little put off by the "they mix folk with gothenburg metal", I really liked it. so I am interested to hear more now!

Winter is Coming
If only I know about this event 3 days ago

I bought a non refundable air ticket to England, and returning on April 1

This would have been great to attend

no idea, I expect if any more bands will be added they will just be littler, more local bands - we have the main meat of the show announced!

As it seems this date was just part of a much larger plan. I'm only confused that the Rios website still mentions Wintersun as co-headliner while Moonsorrow fill that spot on the rest of the tour

aah, well I just changed Wintersun for Moonsorrow going by the paganfest site..
the Leeds Rio probably update their site every twice a year or something so I wouldn't go by that for up-to-date news

I don't know which I would prefer - if Moonsorrow wern't going to be at Bloodstock then I would prefer them, but it would have been alright to see Wintersun even though I do think they are totally overrated and half the band Ensiferum are

i got a message saying the date had been pushed back a day. i take it that's just because the other dates have been added and that the leeds one is still on the 7th?
i was really looking forward to wintersun too
