Ok, so about 50% of every quoting notification I get, the link leads me to the last page, and says, "No messages on this page. Try maybe the previous page or something...".

What I have to do is go back one page, the forward again.

yeh, ive also had this problem a couple of times recently... its strange... and annoying...

It's really annoying. Apparently it happens when a quote is the last post on a page.

thats probabl;y right too, i think when i replyed to the quote i was first on next page... warman's nailed i think, nice work now we need a solution...

How many times has that happened? 'Cuz it could just likely been that the one quoting you pressed the "Post message" button three times and then deleted the posts.

it just happened to me just then, i recieved 2 notifications for one quote... warman might be right, but i doubt that happens very often...

ive had it about 3 or 4 times, but i think you are probably right



EDIT: good solution, i just checked my notifications, i delete them regularly, but the latest error of this was from you,

no one deleted there post, but he happened to have a solution for the problem i had,
there was multiple notices, from one person, but only one post, but he happened to have the answer, but the numerous notices i had, were from him
and then he didnt reply for ages
get what im saying?

i had the problem again, and yes it seemed to prove warman's point, as it was te last quote on the page, therefore it went to the next and "No messages on this page. Try maybe the previous page or something...". not sure how to fix though :

I also have this problem, and i think warman's theory it's correct.
