Electro? ok. With that word I just made 1/3 of the readers skip this review, and that's fine with me, I mean, no one wants to read an entire review just to find about at the very last of it that the band is playing a total incompatible style. Even if the review was wrote by yours truly, with effort and some creative writing.. well, no one cares about that, so let's end this worthless rant.

Where I was? Oh yes, Electro? yep, another fine addition to the ever-growing Electro Metal family, this time we have Electro Dark Metal which is basically Gothic Metal with rough vocals and industrial influences.

I have to mention that this is a Enhanced Multimedia Cd, with a lot of extra goodies inside, like pictures, lyrics, some live videos, you gotta love extra things on a Cd! Nice point there!

As for the music, is really good, but with flaws, being the mayor one, the vocalist, he just can't growl, it sounds totally fake and it seems that he puts way too much effort in growling, he does better the semi-clean vocals like in "Tongues" which also is the best song in the Ep, other great song is "Raging Sands" with the catchy Jihad! Yell.

There are things missing here, first of all, the electronic influences could play a major role here, that would give the band much more edge, the vocalist should try to sing cleaner, because his growl sucks. As for the productions, is very good For a self-released album, so no complaints there.

Fairly enjoying album, hope they can get a record deal, and release a full-length album of much more quality than this, because this is not a bad album, but I bet they can do better.
