"Dyktat Omega" is the third album of one of the most famous Black Metal band from France: "Crystalium". After their 2 first albums, this new one will try to confirm the status of this extreme metal band that is considered in France as a leader of the Black Metal scene.
"Dyktat Omega" could certainly confirm this point of vu; with a lot of aggressively in their music and in their lyrics, "Crystalium" show us that they don't do their music without passion and professionalism. An interesting production we show another time that the French Black metal scene is certainly today one of the best after the Norwegian one.

I will be very clear, "Dyktat Omega" is a good album of Black Metal but it's also a very brutal production. With this new cd, this French band show us another time that they can compete with a lot of Black Metal bands who come from all over the world.
This new cd is certainly one of the most brutal that I listened for a long time. The thundering double pedal drum the fast tempo and the dark and heavy guitar riff of the cd could come from our deepest nightmare. The music of "Crystalium" is very interesting because they know how to do something very dark and brutal with a lot of very depressive lyrics (however without Satanism a good thing for me) but also with some parts very melodic and symphonic and it's a very good point for the band. At less they don't just make brutal music to make brutal music?
Another very good point of the cd is the sing because it's in French (very good language for BM) and the lyrics that are very good and well written. Nice job guys?
I will speak about the production now and this is "the" great point of this new album. The booklet is just magnificent with a lot of pictures draws and with all the lyrics, excellent. Moreover the cd with only height tracks has a length of 50 minutes, very nice?
Same for the sound another time with the master of Black Metal production Ludovic Tournier who know how to give all the power to the sound of an album of brutal music. This guy is certainly one of the best producers actually and it's a good choice for Crystalium to work with him. Listen the cd and you will see the result?
The only bad point for the cd is maybe sometime the very aggressively and warlike of the lyrics, but it's a band of War Black Metal then? However sometime it could be too hard for some people.

By the way, "Crystalium" with this new production show us that French Black Metal can be compare with the leaders of this genre. "Dyktat Omega" is a very good production and another time Adipocere with his Black Metal label Oaken Shield produce a very good album. If you like this music, try this album I'm sure that you could be addict of it?
