Personal text:

So yeah, I'm Che (you say it "Chay"). I love all styles of metal (except the -core shit that isn't even metal anyway), but as one could probably tell by my title, I have a calling towards avant-garde black metal in particular. I have a drawing towards bands that go for unconventional originality, because after all: music styles that are familiar to us nowadays were at one point unique creations in themselves. Metal's my primary genre of music, but I'm also big into jazz, old prog and acid rock, and underground hip hop (El-P, Cage, Del, etc). I'm a writer as well, and I love writing album reviews, because it goes hand in hand with being both a musician and a writer. Been an official Review Contributor for this great site since around November 2012. I'm your guy for strange black metal and other off-the-wall shit.
