Thing is, I saw them in your favorite bands a while ago, so I guess you like them. When I read this, I was surprised I didn't see them... Plus they're too technical. It's not like they aren't technical enough to be on the list.
Glad to help. Always. |

No shit dude. I can't believe they're not recognized yet. Call me bold but those dudes belong in the upper echelon of polish death metal with Behemoth, Decapitated and Vader... |

Krisiun... tech death?
AssassiNation and Southern Storm were quite technically proficient for them I thought. Not tech death no but as I said at the top, this list also includes bands that I feel are of note for being a bit more technically proficient than standard fair death metal. |

You missed Martyr, Anata and Septicflesh. Death, Pestilence, Cynic and Atheist don't count? Anyways, I've listened to 1 or 2 songs from like...half of the bands and most were awesome. So...great collection of TDM bands!. Thanks
A little unrelated: I wanted to know if anyone could suggest me some TDM bands that are progressive and melodic (not brutal death), like Necrophagist, Obscura, Quo Vadis and Arsis. The more awesome the guitar is in the band, the better (whoever wants to, please send a message to me...don't waste space here). |

Whoops, lol, Martyr added. Septicflesh doesn't strike me as any form of of TDM, more melodic or even symphonic based on some fo the reviews I've read about their last couple albums but I never really got into them. Never listened to Anata before, I've heard of them but have not taken time to listen to them yet. As for Death, Pestilence, Cynic and Atheist this list is not simply exclusive to TDM bands but also bands that are in my collection who are showcase quite a bit of technical prowess in their music; otherwise you missed several of non-TDM bands that are in this list. |
