| Definitely looking forward to Opeth, Ayreon, and Wintersun myself. I'm really curious about the Black Sabbath, Dream Theater, and Judas Priest albums as well! |

I'm interested in 16 ot of 30 of your list
so according to your list...
If you like Finntroll, Wintersun, Amon Amarthm, Týr and Turisas you could possibly like: Cor Scorpii, Falkenbach, Feigd, Kampfar, Mistur, Moonsorrow, Myrkgrav, Sigtyr and Vreid (all of them pagan/viking/sogna/folk black metal), so I'd add'em to your 2013 releases list...
plus:
Adagio (amazing neoclassical power)
Brymir (Ensiferum meets Wintersun)
Dark Tranquillity (hard not to know about them)
Heljareyga (power version of Týr with same singer)
Månegarm (folk death)
Ne Obliviscaris (awesome avant-garde)
Summoning (atmospheric black gods) |
|
|
|
A few albums I'd put in myself:
- Summoning - Old Morning's Dawn
- Officium Triste - Mors Viri
- Empyrium - TBA
- Ne Obliviscaris - TBA |
