in MY OPINION, these are the bands and albums i just cannot stop listening to, the 1st 10 albums are the best ones (based on how many times i listened to the album) after the 1st 10, no specific order. If you have any suggestions let me know, chances are i've never listened to the album. I guess I'm just liking the idea of making lists on the internet. Metal gives me a nice thing to focus on. Now, for my favorite metal band!!

I'm sure you'll notice that I have not included Polaris or Elysium on the list and that is intentional. I don't hate the albums, I just find them hard to compare to the rest of Stratovarius' work, like apples to oranges. Timo Tolkki might not have been the greatest of guys, but I think he was pretty essential to the Stratovarius sound (at least for me). The new Stratovarius just sounds like a different band to me. Maybe in the future I'll include the newer stuff, but not now.
