After browsing a number of the Top Albums of 2011 lists I felt that I was obligated to put together my own list based on the fact that my tastes seem a bit different than what I've seen on here. So, here are My Fav's of 2011 though not in order......good year for metal in my humble opinion. Some of the picks here won't be everyones cup of tea but each to their own. If people have suggestions that I may have missed based on the genres represented below feel free to comment and let me know about them.....I'm sure there are numerous releases I have not heard.

What a wonderful year, I have to say! This year has seen me expand my tastes like never before. Discovered so many great new acts, while many metal stalwarts delivered the goods as expected.
