The Current Decade (2010-2019) in order of preference. This is separate from my year-lists, which strive to include as many albums from the year as possible regardless of quality. Only albums I deem worthy of a favorites list by personal taste will make it. I'd say Axioma Ethica Odini has a major step up on anything beneath it this decade; it's the only truly perfect album so far in my eyes. Last overhauled: May 13th. Now it's a bit tighter.

I just finished making this list and I hate it already. Trying to put your favorite albums in order is very hard. I went at thinking which 20 would I take with me to a deserted island so I went for some variety. This list is the best album of every year that is represented in my current collection. Some years were really hard to choose as there were many deserving albums, others I had one or very few to choose from. The quality of albums drops off pretty severely after 1992 in my opinion. This list isn't really in a set order except the first five, which really were just far and away my top 5. Then everything up to Aspera (or Above Symmetry as they are now called...I will keep it as Aspera for the list purposes tho, since that is who they were when the album was released) is the next tier. Everything after that is kinda in shambles. I tried to keep it to top 25 like my other lists, but there were some on the fringe of making this list, so feel free to check out my album votes for the near misses.
