Satyricon - Reveal New Album Title, Artwork
Nearly three years in the making, Satyricon have announced that Deep Calleth Upon Deep, their highly anticipated ninth studio album, is set for release on 22nd September via Napalm Records. It was recorded in Oslo, Norway and Vancouver, Canada, during early 2017 and mixed together with Mike Fraser, who previously worked on Satyricon's Now, Diabolical. The band has shared the album's front cover, an obscure drawing from 1898 by the great Norwegian artist, Edvard Munch.

Satyricon - Announce European Tour Dates
Norwegian black metallers Satyricon have announced a 23-date European tour, scheduled for this coming autumn, in support of their upcoming new album. The band's, yet untitled, ninth full-length studio effort is due to be released on September 22nd via Napalm Records. Tickets for the shows are already available. Satyricon - Reveal New Album Details
After two and a half years of writing songs, the day is finally here: Satyricon have officially begun the recording of their new album. According to the Norwegian black metallers, it will be a on and off process, mostly on, from now till July. The record is scheduled for a September 22nd release with a European tour kicking off the same weekend. Mark your calendars!

Satyricon - Start Recording New Album In January
If you want to know more about the status of Satyricon's next album, the band has given an update recently. The drummer Frost, more precisely, has revealed in an interview at Bloodstock Open Air 2016 that the band will enter the studio this January to record the follow-up to 2013's Satyricon. The plan is to release a new album next year. Meanwhile, they are focusing on the Nemesis Divina exclusive anniversary shows. Their classic album was reissued and remastered this year.
