It's technical and chaotic but doesn't really offer anything beyond those characteristics. Exceptional instrumentally speaking, which is to be expected, and the hardcore raspy vocal delivery adds to the overall aggressive vibe, but there's something about the song structures that hold it back from hitting any memorable notes with me. It comes across as showmanship rather than musicianship, which works for some people, but not for me.

I'm actually surprised by the negative reaction for this one. I've always felt their music were a little bit too much for me, they were trying too hard with the dissonant sound and atmosphere, but here we get a little variety and 3 very good songs (which is more than I can say for any of their past works).

"La Casa Del Diavolo" is the best for me, I like the heavier ones (the first two and this one), the super calm songs dont do much too me, but I thought it was pretty similar to what they are used to release.

Also, the vocals, I dont know if it's because of the language, but I thought they fitted very well in the music. If it had more fast songs, it would be better, but as it is, it's fine.

I'm quite enjoying this. Yeah it's often disjointed af but the atmosphere catches me.

This was a major letdown, given how much I loved their previous record. At the end, it came off too disjointed and without purpose.
